L2 Deskside Engineer, with Win 7/10, SCCM/KACE deployment tools experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Vendor coordination for HW procurement

Perform Image loading & Configuration & testing

Perform/Assist Data Backup

Perform/Assist Data Restore
-
User Scheduling
-
User Coordination
-
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
-
Handover the assets to the users & Asset Update
